Haven’t been here before since it’s in Lafayette. It was great to find another halal Indian buffet place. The price is a bit higher but the quality is significantly better than taste of india. The number of items are less but all were amazing. I specifically liked the special prawn dish

9th jan 2026- I am a pure vegetarian and the dishes we tried were also vegetarian. I visited this place for the first time and I absolutely loved the place and food. The owner who is also a main chef was very humble and kind. They really made up feel comfortable. If you are looking for some authentic indian food in west lafayette then this is the place. We tried below dishes: 1. Malai kofta - we asked it to be spicy (6-7 indian spicy level) - the gravy was good spicy and kofta ( cottage cheese and potato balls) we very soft. 5/5 2. Dal bukhara - it was buttery and absolutely delicious. Must try this. 5/5 3. Naan basket- it comes with paneer, garlic and plain naan. The naan was fresh and soft. Very good in taste 5/5 4. Aalo tikki - it wasn't the usual tikki chaat but the taste was good, a bit soft than crispy but delicious. 4/5 They also gave us complementary samosas and chai which was also very good. Loved the samosas and being a tea lover, i like the chai. Overall, the experience was great and the service was too good. Would definitely go back to this place. Finally found good Indian restaurant here.

Friendly staff, wonderful aromas, and delicious food. The rice is one of my most favorite things to eat, favorable and long grain, it absorbed the wonderful sauces of any food you order. The tender lamb meat is wonderful, only enriched further with the rice and garlic naan. Washing it all down with a refreshing and smooth mango lassie. Vegetarian options are available and delicious, not all the food is horribly spicy, the deserts are addicting, and I love coming here every chance I get.

Do your taste buds a favor and try Sharma’s Kitchen. It is absolutely delicious. I love the depth of flavors and spices. I had perhaps the best chicken vindaloo I’ve ever had. The food excellent!! In a town with few good restaurants, this is a restaurant which would be excellent in any city. Check it out!

All time favorite place to get Indian food. Everything in the buffet is a hit. The chicken here is the best, always tender and tastes great. I always singe myself on the fresh hot garlic naan, you'd think I'd learn my lesson, but when I see it my first instinct is to quickly grab a piece, but it's worth the risk.

12/21/25 The place is run by a sweet married couple. The wife is the host, and the husband is the chef. She helps as needed, along with the servers. He will come check on customers. If you're in a large group, he brings out baskets of naan to enjoy with your meal. You can order from a menu or dine in and enjoy a wide selection of choices, both meat and vegetarian, from the buffet. The food is prepared the way they eat at home, so all of it is authentic. I suggest trying a little of what looks good before you pack a plate. I like the goat curry; it's a spicy dish. If you can't handle the heat, you can ask for a less spicy portion. This is why Sharmas is the best place for authentic Indian cuisine. They'll cook the dish in its original style but are happy to alter it for the customer. I enjoyed a little bit of everything. I had my fill of goat curry, which I mentioned is spicy, and Gulab jamun for my dessert. My wife loves the Garlic Naan, Chicken Tikka Masala, which is not spicy, and her dessert is the mango pudding. It's about $25 per person, but the experience is amazing.

Best Dal Bukhara!!!!! Really nice food. Everything was amazing. Highly recommended to check out. The owner should definitely work on Atmosphere, Interior, Decor. But the food is amazing
